Odamax is looking for an established Business Analysis & Development Manager who will provide expertise in analysing data, enhancing data based decision making on all aspects of business i.e. CRM, segmentation, campaign management and assessing new business opportunities.

Main aim will be to provide different senior stakeholders quantitative analysis to act upon.

Qualifications

• University degree from Engineering Schools, Mathematics or MIS,
• Minimum 8-10 years of work experience,
• Excellent command of Turkish and English both written and verbal,
• Highly motivated and ambitious for a dynamic and exciting work environment,
• Love to analyze detailed data and building meaningful insights out of them,
• Hardworking with high levels of follow-up and multitasking abilities,
• Advanced level expertise about Microsoft Excel, BI Tools, SQL management and scprits.

Job Description

• Work very closely with top management, developing detailed assessments and models to identify challenges and solutions that enhance strategic and tactical business decision-making,
• Determine business needs and prioritize projects,
• Analyse and interpret strenghts and weaknesses in existing operational processes; bring new ideas to improve them,
• Tell the story behind the numbers,
• Establish and refine rhythm of business analyses and weekly reporting,
• Coordinate and communicate with all relevant departments.
