Event and Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an Event and Marketing Specialist for our local and international operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the coordination and on-site management of our international events. This includes leading all event-related activities including event planning, logistics, event marketing and the production of a high-quality event experience.

Requirements:

• 4-year university degree required, advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an event management or marketing role
• Knowledge of managing events and marketing activities - international event experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience working across multiple teams and disciplines
• Experience successfully managing third-party vendors, contractors, and budgets
• Thrives on teamwork, overcome obstacles, and remain calm and professional under pressure
• Capable of business travel when needed

This is a hybrid position in which you will be required to be in the office for at least 2 days per week and more days before major events.
