We are looking for an experienced CIO (Chief Information Officer) - Telehealth to
establish the telehealth system that will
talk to the future and enable the user to say "I can manage my health
here".

Reporting to the CEO of Eczacıbaşı
Pharmaceuticals Marketing and Eczacıbaşı Monrol, the goal of the CIO position
is to be responsible for setting up all aspects of telehealth application
ensuring the resilience of the infrastructure in daily traffic.
CIO will focus on designing the best
solution for the problem, in the simplest way possible. This is a
strategic technical design position - making the important technical decisions
and providing clear leadership for our organization to execute on.
Responsibilities
- Set up all
aspects of telehealth application ensuring the resilience of the infrastructure
in daily traffic,
- Focus on
designing the best solution for the problem, in the simplest way possible,
- Make the
important technical decisions and provide clear leadership for
our organization to execute on by strategic technical design skills,
- Establish a
system that will talk to the future and enable the user to say "I can
manage my health here",
- Make clear,
simple, and technically superior design decisions,
- Simplify designs
that others have made complicated,
- Apply a
particularly high-quality bar to what we believe are the core technical design
decisions - data structures, algorithms, architectural patterns, and the
leverage of third-party implementations,
- Utilize other
architects as force-multipliers, mentoring them by providing high-quality
feedback on their work,
- Synthesize
decisions and designs into clear and structured written specs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in
Engineering or related fields,
- Previous
experience in hospital administration, online/digital health, medical services
is a plus,
- Living for
learning attitude are essential, ability to learn quickly and respond to
changing priorities,
- Must have the
ability to work and manage multiple 3rd parties,
- Driven team
player,
- Excellent project
management and organizational skills,
- Strong strategic
and analytical thinking, problem solving skills with results-oriented attitude,
