Your responsibilities will include:
· Commercial responsibility for the Ecommerce channels (Aliexpress, Etsy, Amazon, Wish) and digital marketing defining portfolio, promotion, pricing, value chain, technical and operational processes, logistics and retention strategy
· Deliver new business growth and maximize revenue generation
· Manage the complex business model of Retail – Marketplace hybrid, drive for best sales mix and optimize for the highest profit
· Plan and execute consumer marketing activities: strategic planning, digital marketing, performance marketing, social media marketing, media buying, business intelligence, CRM, partnerships, communication, visual design & creative
· Optimize traffic to deliver quality and quantity of leads, including working together with other channels such as organic, affiliate and content marketing
· Implementing logistics capabilities collaborating with the operations and technology teams and external parties
· Leading the crossborder marketing strategy execution including PPC, Affiliate, SEO, Display, Email and Retargeting to drive international ecommerce sales growth and profitability
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background.
· Global category management experience is required
