We already mentioned that Pisano, which debuted in December 2017 as a venture that transfers customer notifications gathered at the service location to the mobile environment, received a second round investment of $1 million from Vestel Ventures and Wesley Clover. Pisano, which develops solutions for the customer experience needs of brands with the feedback management tools it offers, began to operate abroad following the investment.
Pisano closed a new funding round. According to the information shared, Pisano received an investment of $2.5 million. This investment is made by Raiffeisen Bank. Pisano, which previously joined Raiffeisen Bank's Elevator Lab fintech cooperation programme as well, received investment from the CVC of Raiffeisen Bank, Elevator Ventures. Meanwhile, let us note that Raiffeisen Bank is also among the customers of Pisano. It seems that a close cooperation emerged between the bank and the venture.
Founded in 2015, Pisano offers its services to companies in more than 20 countries in Europe, Middle East, Northern Africa, and Asia-Pacific. Having received lastly an investment of $1 million, the company increased its total amount of investment to $4.5 million with this new investment. Let us add that among the customers of Pisano there are important firms such as RBI, Türkiye İş Bankası, AXA, ISS, Vestel, and Landmark Group.
Saying that they consider the customer experience as one of the crucial elements of success in banking, General Manager of Elevator Ventures, Thomas Muchar added that in addition to Pisano's strong platform, the added-value it would provide to financial institutions and finance-oriented establishments convinced Elevator Ventures to invest.
