Therefore, we have drafted this Privacy Policy within the framework of the requirements of the relevant legislation, in order to inform you about the personal data we process, the purposes for which we process your personal data and your rights regarding your personal data when accessing and using our company's website https://webrazzi.com and the applications published by us ("Webrazzi").
2. Which personal data do we process?
We store your name, surname, e-mail address, date of birth, gender, photograph, biography, employment details, social media accounts, website, crypto wallet data that you directly share with our Company while becoming a member of Webrazzi.
We store your comments, likes, follows, collections, purchases, event attendance data, and newsletter lists you have subscribed to when you use Webrazzi. In addition, transaction dates, times, and IP addresses are automatically collected. If you use our mobile applications, device operating system information and device token for notifications are collected.
We store your name, surname, e-mail address, company name, sector, department, title, country, address, phone number data that you directly share with our Company when purchasing tickets to Webrazzi events. Your card information you use when purchasing tickets is transferred to the payment institution without being recorded by our Company.
If you choose to subscribe to Webrazzi newsletters, you provide us directly with your email address.
If you participate in Webrazzi events online and elect to benefit from the networking feature, your first name, last name, company you work for, title will be seen by the other attendees and if you prefer to share your them, the aforementioned information will be displayed on the attendance list to other attendees during the event.
The Webrazzi profiles of attendees registered in our Webrazzi Events application who have purchased tickets to the event can be viewed and messaged by other attendees of the event for which they have purchased tickets. When these people accept each other's connection requests, participants can view each other's email addresses. The data provided within this framework is stored by our Company.
If you participate in Webrazzi events offline, your image and/or voice may be recorded by our Company in the event area.
3. How do we use the personal data we process?
We use the data you provide directly to our company in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the applicable legal legislation, limited to the purposes of contacting you when necessary, sending out Webrazzi newsletters, creating and maintaining your account, enabling you to benefit from the features on Webrazzi, enabling communication between users and personalizing the user's experience, selling and supplying Webrazzi event tickets and issuing invoices for them and providing after-sales services, creating and publishing videos and storing them in archive records, and using them as evidence in disputes that may arise. The personal data we collect is processed based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, including cases where it is expressly provided for by the laws, processing of personal data of the parties of a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract, it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject, data processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of any right, processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, provided that this processing shall not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject and explicit consent.
4. How long do we store your personal data?
We store the data you share directly when you become a member in our systems as long as your membership to our website continues. The data you share directly when subscribing to Webrazzi newsletters are stored in our systems for legal statutory periods. We store the data you share with us directly by participating in Webrazzi events online and the data we collect within the framework of the networking feature in our systems during the membership period. The data you provide directly to us during the online ticket purchase process will be stored in our systems for at least 3 years, for the duration of your membership.
5. Transfer of your personal data
We do not share your data with third parties except to respond to legally binding requests from authorities and courts to fulfill our legal obligations.

7. Age limit
Webrazzi is intended for use by persons 18 years of age or older. If we have knowledge that we are processing personal data of persons under the age of 18, such personal data will be deleted immediately.
8. Your rights regarding your personal data

- The right to demand for information and copies as to if his/her personal data have been processed
- The right to learn the purpose of the processing of his/her personal data and whether these personal data are used in compliance with the purpose

- The right to request the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate data, if any,
- The right to request the erasure or destruction of your data
