Tasks
- Find new growth opportunities regardless of customer touch points
- Partner with other departments to build new growth activities
- Manage online ads (Linkedin...)
- Analyze data from marketing activities
- Customer-centric growth hacking
Requirements- Must be able to speak English
- 2 years of work experience as a growth hacker/ marketer, digital marketer, or in a similar kind of role.
- BS/MS degree in Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or other quantitative fields
- Online marketing skills (LinkedIn and Google Ads)
- Basic Content Creation Skills (Photo Editing, Video Editing, Graphic Design)
- Knowledge of data analysis and Excel
- Strong project management skills and reliable self-management
- Strong decision making and problem solving; takes initiative and ability to work both independently and in teams, collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
