Paraşüt got acquired by Mikro and Zirve, funded by Turkven and Earlybird

Mikro and Zirve, funded by Turkven and Earlybird acquired Paraşüt, a cloud-based financial management application. In order to enable small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to manage their financial operations more efficiently, Paraşüt has been offering web-based invoicing and finance management services since 2013, and with this acquisition on its 6th year, it will be a part of an important family.

According to our records, Paraşüt, a company funded by  Revo ve Ribbit Capital besides Diffusion Capital Partners (DCP) and 500 Startups , received $ 8.2 million of investment. We will share the acquisition details of Paraşüt, which had 7 thousand customers and 25 billion TL trade volume at the end of 2017 and continues its innovations with new products.
