Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner for our Istanbul team!

• Work closely with our retained development team to help us scale our financial solutions.
• Develop our core product in line with customer feedback.
• Support the other functions to develop and implement the strategy for the development of our core product to help us scale.

What you’ll do every day;

You will build product features from definition through to release. You will execute our product roadmap and help us to scale.

Responsibilities;

• Produce technical specifications and support the development team during the entire product lifecycle.
• Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of leadership, creating visual displays of quantitative information.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and available for staff and leadership review.
• Extensive experience as a Product Owner in the digital space.
• Strong knowledge in the Finance/FinTech space.
• You are a creative thinker, problem-solver, strong communicator across various levels of stakeholders, you are driven and are thriving when taking full ownership for your product area.
• You are hands-on, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and are a natural self-starter.
• You have strong experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• You have a proven track record of being a great communicator, working with different stakeholders from across the business.

Requirements;

• Extensive experience as a Product Owner in the digital space.
• Minumum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and release processes.
• Develop a clear, coherent product strategy across your product area that is consistent with the company vision.
• Own and drive the metrics for your area, helping us identify what success looks like and how to reach it.
• Endlessly pursue a deep understanding of the customer, informed through research and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge in the Finance/FinTech space.
• You build strong relationships with our development team, work to good agile practices and collaborate effectively with product design.
• You're a natural leader. You lead initiatives from ideas to delivery. You help the team deliver with an MVP mindset, but still build towards and share longer-term visions.
• You have a good understanding of relevant technology, how it applies to our business. You use this information when making trade-off and priority decisions.
